Problem
Checking notifications for users that saw a lot of activity was a time burden. In some instances a user would have to scroll through several hundred, and sometimes even thousands of notifications, which could eat up half an hour of their day.
Solutions
1. Group actions of the same kind and offer a numerical value for the amount of actions.
2. Offer further refinement of the Activity feed via selective filtering.
3. A more compact design.
Thoughts for future:
Visual design could be further improved with an update of iconography and styling of CSS.
